Sara in the City: New York City

Can someone PLEASE figure out a job that will pay me to travel the world? (and not have to do any work besides exploring these new places?) It would seriously be the best job in the entire world!

roomies first big trip together!

I finally caved and took two days off of work to take a trip to NYC to celebrate my roomies birthday. I am so bad about actually using my vacation days, but I have decided I am using some of them this year!

We left on a Thursday night and arrived to New York City around 10pm. We ubered to our home for the next few days. We got extremely lucky and got to stay at a friends apartment two blocks from Central Park. I felt like a real New Yorker. Our last night we spent in a Hotel near Midtown.

ย FullSizeRendera sneak of some of the places we visited!ย

Since I don’t have any fun trips coming up, I figured I would break this trip apart and share my FAVORITES from the trip! ๐Ÿ™‚ Be sure to check backย for the posts of each of my favorite places in NYC!

Also if anyone has any of THEIR favorite things in NYC please leave them in the comments!! This girl has been to NYC twice and still has yet to see the Statue of Liberty…so I will definitely be returning!

Oh well, who does not want to have a job that makes you able to travel the world? ๐Ÿ™‚

Crazy to hear that you didn’t see that Statue of Liberty even though you visited twice. What the hell did you do in the city? ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m really looking forward to the reviews of your favorite places!

haha! The first time I went was after Hurricane Sandy and you couldn’t get down there! The second time we just ran out of time! It was a short weekend trip! (plus I secretly needed an excuse to go back!) Thanks for stopping by!
