Despite the craziness of this semester, I have been finding time to read for fun…okay, I may be using some of my “school” reading time for this fun reading, but it is completely worth it. Here are my past few reads in no particular order…
1. Sarah’s Key
2. The Lucky One
3. Safe Haven
4. Ruby Holler (children’s book I got for free at my school)
5. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close
6. Perks of Being a Wallflower
I really enjoyed each of these books. They are all very different types of stories (minus the two Nicholas Sparks books). If I had to pick a favorite from this list it would probably be a tie between Sarah’s Key and The Lucky One (seriously my favorite Nicholas Sparks’ book ever). So if you are looking for a good book to read, I would suggest any of these 🙂 Remember you can keep up with my reading using GoodReads.
One funny observation I made from this list? Every single one of these books is being turned into a movie (minus Ruby Holler). See the trailer for Sarah’s Key HERE, and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close HERE.
